The morning sessions consist largely of consideration of the main traps that employers fall into when dealing with disciplinary and performance issues. Case law will be used where necessary to contextualise the dangers that employers face when they get things wrong. Sessions after lunch consist of delegates working their way through a series of practical case studies based on real-life examples that might be applied to their own organisations.

Here's what delegates from the Discipline & Underperformance Matters Workshop earlier this year had to say:
“I found Michelle Halloran excellent. She constantly pointed out practical advice throughout the date. I found the way she shared her practical experience and wealth of knowledge on issues very helpful. She was very easy to listen to and very willing to answer questions on an individual basis or from the group.” Alison Mangan, Athlone Extrusions Ltd
“Excellent. Michelle is clearly knowledgeable and her expertise is second to none. She is a very confident and pleasant presenter and kept everyone’s attention. Michelle gave us plenty of opportunities to discuss specific issues or queries that we may have experience and the group enjoyed listening and learning from other people’s experiences. The notes, presentation and supporting documents were excellent. It is very professionally organised and yet it had a relaxed and informal feel to it on the day. Really enjoyable.” Linda Kenny, Kepak Group
