The morning sessions consist largely of consideration of the main traps that employers fall into when dealing with disciplinary and performance issues. Case law will be used where necessary to contextualise the dangers that employers face when they get things wrong. Sessions after lunch consist of delegates working their way through a series of practical case studies based on real-life examples that might be applied to their own organisations.
