Carol Fawsitt is a Partner and Head of the Employment Law Department in Hayes solicitors, having merged her practice, which specialised in Employment Law, with Hayes in December 2006.  Carol combines busy practice with appointments to public and private bodies. She was a Board Member of the Equality Authority and Chairman of the Authority’s Legal Committee from 1998 to 2007.  She was also Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal.  She has almost 30 years extensive experience advising and representing both employees and employers, Companies, Trade Unions and Staff Associations on all contentious employment issues arising from the workplace.  She has represented employees in some of the State’s leading employment cases in the High and Supreme Courts.
