Anne Lyne qualified as a solicitor in January 2004 and is an Associate Solicitor on the Employment Law team at Hayes Solicitors. She has considerable experience advising and representing employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship from pre-employment matters to termination. Anne has represented clients at the Rights Commissioner, Tribunals and in the Courts.

She has been involved in the preparation and presentation of seminars on employment law and has written a number of articles which have been published in the Irish media. She has tutored in employment law at the Law Society law school and Diploma course.

She has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from UCD and a post-graduate Diploma in business studies from the UCD Smurfit School of Business. She has also completed a Diploma in Employment law from UCD has recently completed a Masters in Management from the UCD Smurfit School of Business.

She is a member of the Law Society, DSBA, Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland, European Employment Lawyers Association, the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland and the HR organisation, CIPD.

Anne is also qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
