Jane joined the Employment and Pensions Department of William Fry in 2007, having completed her traineeship with another Dublin law firm. She specialises in and advises on all aspects of pensions law. Jane is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers in Ireland, and the Irish Association of Pension Funds and has contributed to the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association journal along with other publications. Her experience in the area of pensions law includes:

-         Drafting, reviewing and amending pension scheme documentation;

-         Working on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions;

-         Advising employers and trustees in relation to scheme reorganisation/ closure;

-         Advising employers and trustees in relation to contingent asset arrangements;

-         Attending trustee meetings to provide advice on general pension matters.
