Aisling is a solicitor with William Fry, one of the leading law firms in Ireland.  She practices in the area health and safety law and has wide-ranging experience advising companies in both the public and private sector on health and safety compliance issues.  Her work includes liaising with the Health and Safety Authority and defending health and safety prosecutions.  Aisling is the Chair of, and a founding member of, the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland.  She has co-written the chapter on Irish Health and Safety Law in the UK publication: “Corporate Liability – Work Related Deaths and Criminal Prosecutions” which was published at the end of 2009.  Aisling also lectures extensively on the subject, including at the Law Society of Ireland; on the Higher Diploma in Health & Safety Law and Master of Science in Health & Safety Law at University College Dublin; and at industry-specific events.
