Deirdre joined McCann FitzGerald’s Employment Law Group in 1998. She advises clients

in both the public and private sectors on all aspects of the employment relationship, from

recruitment to termination. She assists clients with change management, disciplinary and grievance

issues and related investigations. She also acts for clients in the Labour Court, Employment

Appeals Tribunal, the Equality Tribunal and the Civil Courts. She is a regular contributor to Legal

Island and presents seminars to clients and other HR professionals.
