Biography: |
Duncan is head of the Firm’s Employment Law Group at A&L Goodbody and has specialised in employment and industrial relations law since qualifying in 1990, initially as a solicitor and then as a barrister. He has presented a number of papers on employment related topics as well as lecturing both to members of the legal profession and to students of law. |
