Biography: |
Killian holds a BCL Law Degree, a LLM in European Law and a Diploma in Employment Law. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association, the Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland and the British Insurance Law Association. As a Partner in O’Rourke Reid Lawfirm, Killian advises and represents clients on Employment Law and Commercial Litigation matters across a wide variety of sectors, including the retail, aviation and services industries. |
