Valarie Daunt is an expert HR practitioner and consultant with over fifteen years experience in developing the Human Resource functions within a range of organisations throughout Ireland and Europe.   She also provides management development interventions for a range of companies including the provision of Executive Coaching, 360 Feedback and Training interventions.  She has a B. Commerce, an MBS in Management & Organisation Studies and a Diploma in Executive Coaching.
