Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law & Benefits Department of Mason Hayes & Curran.  Her focus areas are employment law, industrial relations law and health and safety law.

She acts for both employers and employees in contentious employment disputes before third parties such as the Civil Courts, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Equality Tribunal and the Labour Relations Commission.  Elizabeth also provides non-contentious advice to clients on all aspects of employment law, in the drafting of contracts, agreements, and workplace policies and procedures.
