Sue Mulhall is the founder and Director of People Matters, a company that facilitates organisations to ‘make people their priority’ by providing soft skills training, career coaching and HR consulting.

She is an experienced human resource practitioner, with over two decades of a track record in strategic and operational roles in the public and private sectors.

Sue is currently researching her Doctorate exploring career success in the community sector, has a M.Ed. from Sheffield University and a first class honours business studies degree from Trinity College Dublin. She is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Sue is a regular contributor to the broadcast, print and online media on human resource management, general management and career issues.
