Orlagh works as a solicitor in the Employment Law Unit of Eversheds O’Donnell Sweeney, having joined the firm in 2006.Orlagh advises and represents Irish and international employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, HR policies and procedures, severance agreements, grievance and disciplinary issues, contingent workers and employment disputes such as unfair dismissals, redundancies, stress at work actions and equality/discrimination claims. |
