Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Kaye comes to the field of Mediation and Conflict Management from a career in academic law, having lectured in business, employment and company law in University College Cork.  Kaye is an accredited Practitioner Member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland and a Certified Investigator and is a mediation and investigation consultant with Round Table Mediation & Training Ltd. In addition to designing and delivering training programmes in generic mediation, conflict prevention and resolution, conducting investigations on bullying and harassment and employment law, Kaye works extensively as a mediator around allegations of bullying and harassment in the workplace, working with organisations to effect effective early resolution between parties on those issues.   As a certified investigator, she is experienced in conducting fact-finding and formal investigations in situations where harassment, bullying or intimidation is alleged in the workplace and where informal attempts to resolve the issues are not appropriate or successful.  Her legal background, and expertise in the areas of equality and diversity, equips her with an expertise in the application of Policies and Procedures of organisations, to ensure such Policies and Procedures reflect current legislative practice.  As a trainer, Kaye is informed by her practice in working in all of the areas in which she gives training.
