Biography:

A dynamic speaker, consultant and advisor; Caroline is the owner of Esker Human Resources which provides strategic change management and training to large Corporate businesses, particularly in the Financial Services sector.

Caroline uses her customised Accountability Audit which has been designed to specifically pinpoint to highlight key strengths and gaps in organisation and personal performance, and has delivered strategies and tools for measuring performance and driving accountability and results, particularly in arrears management. 

She has worked with organisations within various sectors, coaching and delivering leadership programmes; working with managers from all sectors of the business. Caroline has a wealth of experience in financial services, and has particular expertise in implementing performance management and change management programmes which benefit organisations in driving real results. 

Caroline lectures in HR, and gives passionate talks on HR and related topics at events such as the Funds Industry National Conference for HR in 2009.  She is a qualified to administer Level A psychometric testing, and is accredited to use a wide range of behavioural assessment tools.
