David Fagan has substantial experience of advisory and contentious HR, data protection, FOI and health and safety matters and works closely with the Firm’s public and private clients in advising on employment rights. David has a particular expertise in relation to contentious issues, including employee disputes, disciplinary procedures, equality issues and industrial relations matters. David also has represented and advised educational bodies from primary to third level on a wide range of issues such as disciplinary issues, immigration issues, data access requests and health and safety training, to name but a few.
