David is a partner in the Employment Law Unit and a driving force in the Health and Safety Group. David has substantial experience of advisory and contentious HR matters and works closely with the firm's clients in advising on employment rights, company policies, health and safety issues and broader HR issues, including data protection issues. David has a particular expertise in relation to contentious issues, including employee disputes, disciplinary procedures, equality issues and industrial relations matters. The Employment Law Unit conducts Employment and Safety Law audits to assist clients in compliance and reduction of claims.
