Paul McDonald is a Partner in the Education and Healthcare Unit of The Employment Law and Benefits Group. Paul has been involved in representing a number of clients before statutory inquiries over the last number of years. He has been instructed in a number of important cases considering the issue of fair procedures in the context of fact finding investigations. This has involved a number of applications to the High Court both by way of Judicial Review and under statute.
