Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Elaine Kelly is a Partner in the ByrneWallace Employment Department. Elaine advises both public sector and private clients on a broad range of employment and equality issues. She provides both external and internal training to clients, has lectured on the Law Society professional practice, professional training and diploma programmes and has spoken at conferences for bodies such as Legal-Island, the Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the LGMSB. She is a co-author of the Law Society's Employment Law Manual and is also a member of the firm's Knowledge Management Committee.
