Antoinette is a solicitor in the Employment Law Unit of RDJ, Cork. She is involved in providing both employers and employees with advice on all aspects of the employment relationship including wrongful and unfair dismissal, redundancies, stress in the workplace, bullying and harassment claims, statutory entitlements and termination of employment. Antoinette's experience also includes the drafting and review of employment contracts, handbooks and HR policies and procedures. Antoinette is a frequent contributor to the Legal Island email service and has also contributed to the Irish Employment Law Journal. She also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
