Terence O’Sullivan is partner in the firm of Terence J O’Sullivan Solicitors which is based in Cork City but provides specialist employment law advice to clients throughout Ireland. The firm provides their clients with specialist tailored advice on all aspects of employment law, including non contentious work such as the drafting of contracts of employment and procedures. Terence and his colleagues also represent their clients in contentious cases brought to all employment law forums including the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunals, Rights Commissioner hearings, and also cases brought before the Courts. Terence is a CEDR accredited mediator and is passionately committed to mediation as an alternative means of resolving disputes between employers and employees.
