Alice Crowley practises in the firm's Employment Unit. She provides advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Alice provides on-going support to HR Managers in relation to internal reorganisations and rationalisation programmes and collective redundancy processes. Alice has extensive experience in the drafting and review of employment contracts, handbooks and HR policies and procedures. She regularly advises clients in respect of contentious issues including wrongful and unfair dismissal, stress in the workplace, termination of employment and has experience in employment-related civil actions including injunctions, actions for breach of contract and personal injury actions for stress and bullying. Alice regularly appears before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Labour Court. Alice is a graduate of UCC where she studied Law. She worked with a leading Dublin law firm for several years and joined RDJ at the start of 2006. Alice holds a Diploma in Employment Law and Legal French and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
