Peppe is a partner at Eversheds O'Donnell Sweeney and he is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in transactional and advisory matters. He has specialist expertise in data protection, privacy, intellectual property and information technology. Peppe's recent data protection experience includes developing and deploying a data protection auditing tool specifically tailored for the Irish market and advising a global compliance hotline provider on Irish and EU data protection matters and corporate structuring to ensure EU-originated data was not amenable to US jurisdiction. Peppe has also advised a number of financial institutions and other corporates on compliance obligations in relation to data subject access requests (particularly in the context of pending disputes) and data protection matters generally.
