Biography:

Finbarr is both the Data Controller and Director of Internal Audit in Revenue. His overall responsibility  encompasses the corporate governance areas in Revenue. He has prior Revenue experience in the areas of Customs & Excise policy and enforcement, EU-related projects, human resources and tax management of high wealth individuals. He has previous public sector experience in the area of juvenile justice reporting to the Minister for Children & Youth Affairs.
