Grahame is a partner and head of our Employment Group. He advises the firm's clients (private and public companies, state entities, multi-nationals and individuals) on a full range of employment issues both contentious and non-contentious. 

He has been involved in several High Court shareholder and director disputes.     

Grahame has specialised in advising clients (corporate and individual) in relation to investigations and inquiries carried out by State organisations. He has defended clients the subject of investigation and prosecution by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement, Central Bank of Ireland, Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board and Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation in matters ranging from breaches of the Companies Acts to insider trading. He has also acted for the United Kingdom's Financial Service Authority in a fraud investigation. He has defended client's interests before several tribunals and inquiries. 

He also has an interest in sports law and has successfully defended client's interests before their governing bodies.

Grahame moved from Dublin to Cork with his family in 2011 and prior to joining Ronan Daly Jermyn he was a partner with McCann FitzGerald.
