Velma Roberts is a senior manager in the Reward & HR Advisory practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Velma joined PwC in 2010 and since then has been providing a range of reward services to clients.

Velma had worked with a range of Irish plc, private and multinational companies – both at a headquarter and local subsidiary level – advising on HR issues including performance management and measurement, implementing pay for performance culture, benchmarking (executive and employee), job profiling, grading and levelling, talent management, change management, reward strategy, retention strategies, annual bonus and long term incentive design and implementation, HR metrics and a range of other HR related areas.

Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Velma was the Head of European Executive Remuneration Information and worked as a senior reward and HR consultant (in a global reward consultancy for over 7 years.

Prior to her consulting career Velma worked as a fund manager, an institutional equity analyst and in equity sales for five years and on the strategy team of an internet company.
