Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Linda is a solicitor in the Employment Law team and is qualified to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. Linda advises on all aspects of the employment law relationship from recruitment to the ending of the employment relationship. Linda trained with Landwell Solicitors (correspondent law firm to PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in Dublin. Linda then worked in-house for several years with European Refreshments (part of the Coca-Cola business system), where she advised on all employment law matters, compensation and benefit matters and dispute resolution. Linda is a graduate of NUI Galway where she obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Law and a post-graduate Bachelor of Law. Linda also holds a Diploma in Employment Law. Linda is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland. Linda is a regular contributor to Legal Island and the Sunday Business Post on employment law matters.
