Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Barry is an associate in the Arthur Cox employment law unit. He advises employers on all aspects of employment law including management of the employer-employee relationship in both contentious and non-contentious contexts to include grievance and disciplinary issues, termination of employment, equality issues, atypical working arrangements and human resources policies and procedures. He also advises in relation to commercial transactions, transfers of undertakings, and information and consultation. He advises on employment law issues to both public and private entities. He has worked on secondment to a large financial institution as in-house legal adviser specialising in employment law and human resources issues. Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Barry spent 6.5 years at a large law firm in Dublin qualifying in its employment law and dispute resolution department. Barry regularly delivers seminars and has written articles for legal publications on a variety of employment law topics.
