Ciara is a Senior Manager in the People and Change Consulting division of PwC. She has over 13 years consulting experience across various industries and specialises in the areas of strategic HR, human capital metrics, organisation design and development as well as change management.

Ciara has developed a deep expertise in the area of people strategy. She has led a range of client engagements with Irish and international plc, private and multinational companies – both at a headquarter and local subsidiary level – advising on strategic HR issues including HR and L&D strategy review and design, HR function transformation, human capital management and benchmarking, organisation design and development, performance and talent management process design, HR metrics and a range of other HR related areas.

Ciara is also highly skilled in managing the people aspects of change, including managing communication during a change process and understanding and managing the behavioural dynamics of change.
