Biography: |
D’Arcey founded Dolphin Communications in 1999 and since then has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors including public relations, legal, financial, medical, tourism and public services. She is a full member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development and a qualified High Impact Presentation Skills instructor with Dale Carnegie Training. D’Arcey has also been designing and delivering training courses for Professional Development Limited on a consultancy basis since 2003. In addition to her consultancy work, D’Arcey lectured for seven years at third level academic institutions including Griffith College Dublin, the Irish Academy of Public Relations and the Fitzwilliam Institute. A graduate of UCD in 1989 with a BA (Hons) in Pure Economics she also holds qualifications in Adult Education, Public Relations and Hotel & Catering Management. She is a full member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland and has served on the education sub-committee. Prior to Dolphin Communications, D’Arcey held the position of Manager Worldwide Accounts (UK and Ireland) with Radisson Hotels Worldwide based at their European Reservation Centre in Dublin. |
