SUMMER SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Summer Sale, refers to a period of discounted pricing, in relation to the six Legal-Island ROI ‘Season 2’ events 2010, with 10 places available at each event for the Summer Sale price of €200.
The terms and conditions for this Summer Sale are as follows;
1. This Summer Sale starts at 9am on Monday 19th July
2. No bookings can be made, or will be taken prior to the above start time and date
3. To secure your place, you must go online to the Legal-Island website and select the appropriate event from the ‘Events’ page.
4. No bookings will be taken over the phone – this is an online offer only.
5. You can choose to pay online by credit card or by invoice when booking your place(s) through the website.
6. Only the six ‘Season 2’ events, which are distinguishable by ‘Summer Sale’ in their title are included in this promotion.
7. To clarify point 4 above, the six ‘Season 2’ events included in this promotion are as follows;
i. 23 SEPT 2010 Summer Sale – Discipline & Underperformance Matters
ii. 23 SEPT 2010 Summer Sale – Essentials of Employment Law
iii. 29 SEPT 2010 Summer Sale – Health & Safety: A Focus on Bullying & Stress At Work
iv. 13 OCT 2010 Summer Sale – Conducting Workplace Investigations
v. 13 OCT 2010 Summer Sale – Payroll Matters
vi. 14 OCT 2010 Summer Sale – Building Performance
8. There are only 10 places available at the Summer Sale price of €200 for each event listed above
9. Once the 10 Summer Sale prices have been sold, the price will revert to the Early Bird booking rate for the event, which will be clearly displayed on the event page.
10. This promotion is limited to 2 places per organisation, per event.
11. Once you have selected a place on the event of your choice, at the Summer Sale rate, your provisional booking will be held for 15 minutes, to allow you to complete the transaction. If at any time you do not complete the transaction, the place(s) will be released back onto the website for sale.
12. Once your booking is made and payment is confirmed, any cancellations will result in the forfeit of the €200 fee.
13. Once the booking is made, you can change the name of the delegate who will be attending the event, but this will incur an additional administration fee of €50.
14. Any bookings made through this Summer Sale are not transferable as places onto any other Legal-Island event.
15. Places cannot be booked for these Summer Sale events, using places transferred from previous Legal-Island events, or credit held from previous Legal-Island events.
16. When a booking is made through our website for this Summer Sale, there will be a booking fee of €5.75 per transaction, on top of the €200 Summer Sale price. This booking fee is non-refundable.
