It's easy for companies to declare that quality is important to them. After all which company wouldn't? But we trade on it. We stand over it. Concern for quality you might say is in our DNA. We know how tight resources nowdays and how precious your time is too. If the quality of a training event is poor you've wasted not only good money but valuable time out of the office.

How are we different to other Training Companies?

Legal-Island is unique. We've got three things that really make us stand out from the crowd:

  1. We're specialists in employment law (our CEO is a former practicing barrister who specialised in employment law)
  2. We're local - we know the nuances of the Irish market
  3. We're independent - we don't employ trainers, meaning we're free to contract in the very best person for each training session required. Ask any trainer we use. It's tough working for Legal-Island. We expect nothing less than the best every time.

Of course, we're known not just for the quality of our speakers/trainers but the materials that accompany every event too. You wont be handed nothing but copies of Power Point Slides at a Legal-Island event or a booklet printed a long time a go with information that is well out of date. Many of our events are accompanied by extensive notes which are useful long after the training day as a reference tool.

Because we believe in the quality of what we do and stand over it we publish the results from delegates of our six most recent events.
