This case concerned a claim of alleged discrimination, victimisation and harassment by the respondent. The complainant sought an extension to bring her claim under the Act as it was presented outside the 6 month time limit. The Court refused to allow the extension as the claimant failed to provide adequate evidence which sufficiently explained the delay in bringing proceedings.
