This case concerned a number of claims under the Act. The Court held that the respondent failed to rebut the evidence provided by the claimant that she had not availed of her breaks during employment, or finished her working day at the notified times. The Court also found that a premium of five cents per hour was inadequate compensation for working on Sundays.
