Is it right to deny a complainant the right to pursue a gender equality complaint because she made a mistake when filling in the Form EE1 and put the wrong name of the employer on the form? Not in this case, where the correct respondent was aware from the commencement of the case that an error had been made and acknowledges it would suffer no prejudice by being named as the correct respondent.
