This case concerned a claim for subsistence allowance, as per Revenue allowances, for Outdoor Workers. Such payments are available to employees who are working more than 8km from their base for a minimum of five hours. The court held the employers had correctly applied relevant Circulars and Revenue guidelines. Thus the Claimant was unsuccessful.
