This case concerned a dispute as to the terms of the PSA. The applicant claimed that his employers had breached the agreement resulting in him facing compulsory redundancy contrary to Clause 1.6. The Court held that the respondents could not rely on the existence of a generally applicable practice which contravened the clause and accordingly recommended the immediate reinstatement of the Claimant.
