This case concerned a claim that the complainants suffered detrimental treatment by the Respondent in the course of their employment. The Court held that complainants must be able to prove a causal connection between the treatment alleged and an act covered by section 74(2) of the Act. As the complainants failed to prove such a link their claim of victimisation failed.
