The Complainant worked part time as a cleaner in a residential disability service on behalf of the Respondent. Due to an incident in which the Complainant allegedly was seen hugging and kissing one of the residents in the facility, the residential disability service contacted the Respondent seeking to replace the Complainant.  The Complainant was very upset about this and the Respondent informed the Complainant not to question the decision with the Manager of the disability service but that the Respondent themselves would handle the situation.
