His allegations were upheld at first instance and an award of €5000 made for a failure to provide him with reasonable accommodation. An order to amend the information booklet was also made.
On appeal, the Labour Court found that the complainant had failed to establish “a prima facie case of discrimination in the circumstances that arose in 2014. He has not established to the Court’s satisfaction that he was in any way disadvantaged by the Respondent’s failure to accede to his specific
