In this months “How do I handle it?” Jennifer Cashman takes a sample of questions received during her review of the year at the Legal Island Annual Reviews in November and provides some practical advice on the queries raised. During her session at the Annual Review, Jennifer covered mandatory retirement and the Government’s proposal to introduce auto enrolment by 2022.
