Publication of Workplace Relations Reform Blueprint Document

As you will know, Minister Richard Bruton has commenced a reform programme of the State’s workplace relations structures and procedures. The Minister’s aim is to provide a simple, independent, effective, impartial, cost effective and workable means of redress and enforcement, within a reasonable period of time. The system will operate to the highest standards and earn the confidence of staff, employers, employees and all who will use it.

Good progress has been made in the Reform Programme to date, with a number of important priority actions successfully delivered within the target timescale.
