About Aileen Fleming
Aileen is a Senior Solicitor with Daniel Spring & Company. A graduate of UCD, she qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Aileen has extensive experience in employment and equality law, advising and representing both employers and employees. She regularly appears in the employment law fora - the WRC and Labour Court, and including employment claims pursued in the ordinary courts.
