About Eimear Boyle
Eimear Boyle is a senior associate in the Employment Group and joined Matheson’s Cork office in 2019.
Eimear has extensive corporate employment law and data protection expertise, and supports HR managers and directors, senior executives and business owners through the challenges of employee investigations, disciplinary proceedings and workplace litigation together with day-to-day employment contractual and policy queries and strategic HR planning.
Eimear is a regular contributor to Legal Island, has presented at seminars given by the Irish Society for European Law and been a guest lecturer in Cork Institute of Technology.
She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Practitioners.
