About Éinde O'Donnell
Éinde is Senior Associate in A&L Goodbody LLP. He has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law and personal injury litigation.
Key areas of focus from an employment law perspective include advisory work on contentious and non-contentious issues as well as representation of employers and employees in employment disputes such as unfair dismissal, trade disputes, equality and discrimination claims. He advises on a broad range of contentious issues such as: discrimination, bullying and harassment, pay issues, working time issues, stress at work, wrongful and unfair dismissal, collective and individual redundancies and industrial relations. On the non-contentious side, he advises on all issues arising in connection with business acquisitions, transfer of undertakings and drafting of contracts and service agreements.
