About Elizabeth Mara
Elizabeth is an Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Department of LK Shields.
Elizabeth advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has extensive experience representing clients in maintaining and defending actions for breach of contract before the High Court, unfair dismissal and various other statutory breaches before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal and Rights Commissioner Service. She regularly advises in respect of managing the exit of employees, underperformance, disciplinary and grievance processes and complaints in respect of bullying and workplace stress.
Elizabeth is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland. She regularly contributes to various publications on a wide range of employment related matters.
