About Íde O’Neill
Íde is an Associate Solicitor in the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits team, advising on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
She has considerable experience in negotiating severance agreements and advising on dismissals, workplace disputes involving senior executives, and the conduct of grievance, disciplinary and internal investigations. Íde assists clients in handling issues and claims relating to health and safety as well as claims relating to bullying, harassment and stress. In addition, her work includes advising on a range of non-contentious employment issues such as contracts, policies and handbooks.
Íde is also a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team where her experience includes professional negligence claims, pensions disputes, cross-border disputes and international arbitration.
