About Megan O'Connor
Megan is an associate in the Employment, Pensions and Benefits Group at Matheson. She advises on a variety of aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Megan advises clients across various industries in both the public and private sector on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination of employment, dispute resolution and mediation. This work includes preparation of senior executive service agreements and severance arrangements for international employers, defence work in contentious employment litigation matters and advising on all employment aspects of commercial transactions.
