Niall Eyre

Niall is an experienced and business focused HR & Business Transformation Executive with twenty years’ National and International HR Director & Global HR Transformation experience. Niall has supported Global / Regional / Country Business Leaders through Organisational Change, Business Transformation, Business Development, Organisation Restructuring, Leading Through Change and Culture Transformation. Niall has provided Leadership support to C-Suite Executives in Organisations with revenue ranging 5Bn-10Bn US$. 

Niall commenced his career with an International Reward Consultancy (Korn Ferry) initially in Ireland and subsequently within Australia/New Zealand. Niall led HR assignments across a broad range of industries. Following this Niall was HR Director within Deloitte Ireland and HR Director for the IRFU, with responsibility for leading their HR Functions. These Roles involved development and implementation of HR Strategy, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture Development and HR Operations. From 2008 to 2020 Niall worked within Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals a Global Pharmaceutical Organisation with 90,000+ employees located across 100+ Countries. Niall worked in both Country HR Director and Global HR Transformation Roles. From 2008 to 2013 Niall worked 50% Remotely and from 2014 to 2020 Niall worked 100% Remotely.  

Niall led, business critical and complex HR & Business Transformation initiatives across EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS, partnering with Global Executives and Senior Business Leaders.  Niall led Global and Regional HR & Business Transformation Teams, comprising 200 Professionals, spread over 70 Countries.

A key area of Niall’s responsibility was within the Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Restructuring and Business Integration arena. This work impacted large groups of employees i.e. up to 50,000. Key delivery goals were Organisation Restructuring, Organisation Design, Business Integration, Supporting Leaders Through Change, HR and Business Transformation, Global HR Process Design and Deployment of HRIS Technologies.

Niall is a Grad HR (NCI) holds an MBA (TCD) and is a Chartered FCIPD.
