About Niamh Walsh
Niamh advises clients on a wide range of employment law and data protection matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
Niamh has experience in areas such as the drafting of contracts, policies and procedures, internal investigations, disciplinary and appeal processes, absence management, performance management and redundancies. Niamh also advises clients on GDPR compliance, data subject access requests, audits, investigations and data breaches.
Niamh is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and completed her traineeship with Crowley Solicitors in December 2016.
Niamh is a graduate of University College Cork having completed a BCL and an LLM. Niamh also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
