About Rachael Evans
Rachael is an Associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment Group, based in the firm's San Francisco office. She advises a wide range of international and US clients across a variety of business and industry sectors on all aspects of contentious, advisory and corporate employment matters. In particular, Rachael is experienced in advising on employment disputes, workplace change, corporate immigration, restructuring, industrial relations and HR data privacy. Rachael has worked on a number of high profile internal and external employee investigations for large global organisations, as well as having represented various multinational clients in the Workplace Relations Commission and the High Court of Ireland.
Rachael has published a number of articles on specialist employment law topics, and has recently provided legal research and procedural input on Bloomsbury Professional (Third Edition) "Redmond on Dismissal Law" by Des Ryan B.L. She also regularly provides employment law training to clients.
